Terms & Conditions
By booking services with Chris Moving, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided
Chris Moving offers residential and commercial moving services including packing, loading, unloading, and furniture assembly. Additional services must be agreed upon in writing before the move date.
2. Booking and Payment
A deposit may be required to secure your move date. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing. We accept major forms of payment, including Zelle, Apple Pay, and card payments.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Liability and Damages
While we handle your belongings with care, Chris Moving is not liable for:

Items not properly packed by the customer

Fragile items without proper disclosure

Pre-existing damage

Damage resulting from uncontrollable events (weather, traffic, etc.)
You must report any damage or missing items in writing within 24 hours of the completed service.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:

Be present or have an authorized representative on-site during the move

Ensure clear access to all locations

Notify us of any special handling needs or building restrictions ahead of time
